Based on the analysis performed by Dr. Oliker, the case was settled out of court to the complete satisfaction of Harvard University.
- Expert Witness (Anticipation of Litigation in Connection with a Dispute Arising from a Replacement Steam Line Constructed Under Central Artery/Tunnel Contracts by the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority Project). Provided Expert Witness Services during Dispute Mediation.
- Expert Witness (Energy Network vs. Walt Disney) performed a detailed assessment of the damage done to an underground piping. Based on the analysis performed by Dr. Oliker, The Energy Network won the case in court.
- Expert Witness (Structural Concepts vs. Kean University) performing failure analysis and detailed assessment of the underground steam piping system. The litigation is currently in progress.
